Policies

 

Lodging and Reservations: 

Please take a moment to review our policies.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $35.00 per person per night. 11% tax is added to each rate.

A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.

We accept the following major credit cards:  Visa, Mastercard and Discover. 

All reservations require a 50% deposit 

Cancellations: Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. There is a $25 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to date of arrival, or earlier, for a full refund minus the cancellation fee; otherwise, you will be charged the balance due for the stay unless the room is re-booked for the entire length of stay.  Gift certificates will be refunded in the same form (as a gift certificate) and require a 14 day cancellation notification, as well.

Check in/Check out: Check in is between 3:30pm and 7:00pm. Check out time is by 11:00am. Earlier check ins, only when available, will incur a $20 charge. Please, notify us if you are going to arrive late.  Check outs later than 11:00am (unless due to a Special Package) when available, will incur a $20 charge per hour.  In considertion for other guests, early arrivals and late check outs are subject to availability and approval.  

Children:  We accept children 13 and older. 

Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.  We do, always, accept service animals. 

Smoking Policy:  The Inn at White Oak is a non-smoking, non-vaping property.  Violating of this policy will incur a $250 damage fee. 

Lost and Found:  The Inn at Thite Oak is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. The staff will make every effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the room after the guest has checked-out.  This item will be placed in our lost and found for 60 days.  

General:  Office/main phone line hours are  8:00am-8:00pm. After hours, Inn related needs or emergency service is available by phone or text at 717-640-1939.  Please call 911 for all life-threatening emergencies.

Visitors: The Inn at White Oak property is for registered overnight guests only.  If you have a visitor that wants to meet you at the inn, please have them register with the Innkeeper on duty.  All visitors must be off the property no later than 8pm. 

Privacy Policy: Protecting your personal information is of utmost importance to us.  The Inn at White Oak will not selling or share your identifiable personal information is against our policy.
